No. We offer flexible one-time services, periodic cleanings, and/or regular, ongoing maintenance services. The choice is yours!

We strive to maintain long-term relationships, but we understand there may be certain circumstances where that is not possible. In that case, a customer may elect to cancel their contract with 30 days’ written notice for any cause and without penalty. For one time cleans or services with no contract you must cancel 24 hrs in advance or your deposit is waived.

New York State does not license cleaning companies. However, we are bonded and insured.

If we would not trust someone to clean our own home, we will not send them to clean yours. We only send uniformed, trustworthy, and dependable cleaners to your door.

Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to make your home sparkle. We even bring our own freshly laundered micro-fiber towels. You will be happy to know that almost all of our products are eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented. If you would like us to use your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We would be happy to do so.

Yes, on a scheduled basis (weekly or bi-weekly) you will have a set crew perform the cleaning. This will give you the chance to become comfortable and acquainted with your team.

No. We can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs.

We fully understand the importance of knowing who’s who in your building. Every one of our staff members is required to wear a uniform and carry identification.
